Two Ways to Request Changes
Pick the Method You Will Actually Use
Markup is faster because we see the exact page and the exact spot. Email is fine when you include the page link, the section, and the replacement text.
Click the page, leave a comment on the exact spot, approve when done.
Send clear notes with links, exact copy, and any needed assets.
Scope Changes: If a request changes scope (new sections, new pages, new functionality), label it as a scope change so we can quote it properly.

Request Changes Using Markup (Fastest)
This is the cleanest way to request website revisions because your feedback is attached to the exact location on the page.
Open Your Markup Link
Use the Markup link we sent for your website or project. If you do not have one, request it.
Click the Exact Spot
Place your comment where the change should happen. The pin shows us the exact location.
Provide the Replacement
Paste the exact new text, link the asset, or describe the change clearly. No guessing needed.
Group Comments Into a Round
Add all comments, then tell us "Round 1 complete" so we know to start working.
Review and Approve
Once updates are done, confirm the round is complete or add follow-up items for the next round.
We Implement and Confirm
We complete the work and reply with status and any questions. Then repeat as needed.

Do not say "the home page." Paste the full URL so there is no confusion.

Paste the new text exactly as you want it to appear. We implement what you send.

Multiple changes in one email? That is fine. Number them. Keep each item to one change, one location, one replacement.

What Counts as a Standard Change Request

Standard Requests
Most updates fall here. Clear request in the queue, completed in your plan's standard window (typically 2-3 business days).
Time-Sensitive Issues
Broken CTA, incorrect pricing, or a form that is not working. Typically same-day or next business day response.
Critical Incidents
Site down, checkout broken, security incident. Use your emergency contact route for immediate response.
Pro Tip: If you need a same-day turnaround, include a real deadline and confirm the request is fully scoped with assets included. Incomplete requests cannot be fast-tracked.
