How to Request Website Changes

Fastest path: comment directly on the page using Markup so we can see the exact spot. If you prefer email, it works when your request is specific.

If we can see exactly what you mean, we can update it quickly. If we have to guess, your request slows down and creates unnecessary back-and-forth.

Two Ways to Request Changes

Pick the Method You Will Actually Use

Markup is faster because we see the exact page and the exact spot. Email is fine when you include the page link, the section, and the replacement text.

Paste the exact new text, link the asset, or describe the change clearly. No guessing needed.

Group Comments Into a Round

Add all comments, then tell us "Round 1 complete" so we know to start working.

Once updates are done, confirm the round is complete or add follow-up items for the next round.

Most updates fall here. Clear request in the queue, completed in your plan's standard window (typically 2-3 business days).

Urgent

Time-Sensitive Issues

Broken CTA, incorrect pricing, or a form that is not working. Typically same-day or next business day response.

Emergency

Critical Incidents

Site down, checkout broken, security incident. Use your emergency contact route for immediate response.

Pro Tip: If you need a same-day turnaround, include a real deadline and confirm the request is fully scoped with assets included. Incomplete requests cannot be fast-tracked.
