Client Onboarding
Get Us What We Need,
Then We Move Fast
This page shows exactly how onboarding works for every engine and what you need to provide so your project does not stall.
Overview
Onboarding Is a Short Sprint
We collect access, assets, and approvals up front. That keeps the build clean and prevents delays. If something is missing, the project pauses until it is provided.
Provide the checklist items and respond to approvals quickly. The faster you deliver, the faster we ship.
Build, optimize, secure, track, and ship with clear communication. No surprises. No mystery timelines.
Fast Path
What Makes Onboarding Fast
Logos, photos, copy, brand notes, and links live in one folder. No hunting through email threads.
Feedback is grouped into rounds so nothing gets missed and revisions stay organized.
Domain, hosting, and core accounts are ready before production work starts. No waiting.
You pick the option, we implement, and we keep moving. Indecision is the project killer.
Step by Step
The Onboarding Sequence
This is the order. We keep it simple so we can ship fast.
Pro Tip: Respond to approvals within 48 hours to keep momentum. Delays on your end delay the entire timeline.
Kickoff and Goals
Confirm objectives, target customer, key differentiators, and what success must look like. This shapes everything.
Access and Accounts
Domain, DNS, hosting, email, Google accounts, and any required platform logins. We need these before building starts.
Assets and Content
Logos (vector files), brand colors, photos, copy, service list, pricing, and any existing materials worth keeping.
Structure and Pages
Confirm page list, navigation hierarchy, primary calls to action, required forms, and any special functionality.
Tracking and Analytics
Install and verify analytics, conversion tracking, call tracking, and reporting baselines. If we cannot measure it, we cannot improve it.
Review and Approvals
Feedback in rounds. One request per comment. Clear approvals. Then we ship and move to ongoing care.
How to Avoid Delays

Growth Engine Checklist
Foundation plus capture methods, lead validation, scoring, enrichment, routing, and ad management. Timeline: 8-12 weeks.
What counts as a qualified lead (job size, location, service type) and what should be filtered out as junk.
Who gets what lead (by service, location, or value tier) and what should happen next automatically.
Where leads should land. EspoCRM is typical. If you use something else, tell us your stack and we will confirm compatibility.
Call tracking, form tracking, attribution rules, conversion events, and reporting expectations.
If ads are involved: We will confirm ad spend budget, conversion events, landing page strategy, and proof-of-performance reporting during kickoff. Minimum $1,500/month ad spend required.
The Bottom Line
Stop paying attention to junk leads. The system filters and prioritizes so your team spends time where money is.
Hot leads route instantly. Warm leads enter nurture. Cold leads get filtered out before they waste your time.
